This company wont be around for long, more and more printing facilities are popping up everyday. Not only will the customers be gone from vistaprint so will their employees, did you know that for christmas they get a $25 dollar gift card while Robert Kean grosses 250 million dollars a year. Guess thats why they build a facility in windsor ontario canada, 447 Advance blvd. And if you didnt know all their finances are in the bahamas so good luck getting your money back if they screwed you!!!!!! 35b1d00

| 1. Written by REALY? on December 19, 2011 I had to order my Christmas cards and of course I was in a hurry… I placed my on the 15th of December. During the order process I was tricked into buying envelops with some double talk writing about envelopes where “included “ When I went to check out, I was unable to remove the 37.00 envelopes from my order as Vistaprint kept trying to sell me other things-such as mouse pads and coffee mugs. Anyway, since I needed my cards and the envelopes would have expedited my mailing process I reluctantly purchased them. I paid 26.06 for a three day rush fee. And, of course they did not make it. I had to call-NO ONE ANSWERD! I had guessed a fake extension to get to a speaking person-And then they offered me a store credit. WOW! I demanded my money for the shipping since they utterly failed at getting my product to me by the Monday 19! I hope some of my cards get there on-time. Vistaprint did refund my shipping cost-But they should have refunded the entire order. I will never use them again or encourage anyone else to use them….I am a print buyer and web and print designer. |

| 3. Written by William on October 31, 2011 vista print flyers also are not standard size-they are 8.5 x 10.98 instead of the stansard size 8.5 x 11" Brochures same way. I found a great priinting company that beats vista print in price-quality-and free shipping and they have zero complaints-and there telephone line is great-you get the owner right away. They do have a 7-10 days turnaround time but you can get speed delivery. They are a small company but what great service and beautiful products. Try them web is flyersonfoot.com |
