I purchased the website professional package which stated that Seo, Blog and so forth were included , only to find out they were charging me monthly for these items. I also requested a investigation as to why my site was listed in the Netherlands, which is where most of my traffic was coming from. The rep said it was strange that I had no sales, emails or signatures after almost 3,000 visits to my site. It has been 2 months and still they would not respond to anything relating to the investigation. I ordered tote bags which were wrong and business cards 3 times that also were misprinted". This company ripped me off for 4 months I closed the website and now they will not reimburse me for the time I paid for/. I have gone elsewhere with a better quality site and a more professional look ?. The tech support is terrible and you can't understand a word they say|.But, after checking a security on my site I found out Vistaprint is in the Netherlands and they knew someone had been stealing my site ;. My biggest problem now is they want to charge me for my domain name which I brought from another site'. This company should be put out of business?. I would not refer my dog to their site/. BBB should investigate. 1295949

They have removed the web site and not returned the money. Warning remove your authorization for BV to automatically take money out of your bank or credit card account. |
